✅ Warranty Coverage
We offer a 7-day limited warranty on selected watches.
This warranty covers only manufacturing-related faults, including:
- Watch movement issues (watch not working or stopping)
- Strap or clasp defects due to poor assembly
- Battery failure within 7 days
- Any damage caused during shipping from our side
Note: Warranty applies only if the issue was caused by Alpha Watches and not by customer misuse.
❌ What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, scratches, or cracks
- Water damage (unless specifically marked as water-resistant)
- Normal wear and tear
- Battery after 7 days
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Watches without a valid order ID, unboxing video, or invoice
📝 How to Claim Warranty?
If your product has a defect and qualifies for warranty, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving the watch:

- A clear unboxing video showing the issue

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.
🔁 Repair or Replacement
Once the issue is verified, we’ll offer either:
- Repair of the product, or
- Replacement, depending on the defect
Final decision will be made by our quality assurance team.
📦 Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for sending the watch back to us for inspection.
Return shipping cost is not covered under this warranty.
🌍 Warranty Validity
This warranty is only valid within Pakistan.
We currently do not offer international warranty or repair services.
